Care Instructions

The Encore pillows have an inner and outer cover.  Simply unzip and remove the outer cover and wash in cold water and dry on low heat.  The natural latex inside the inner liner is naturally hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant.  Make sure to cover your pillow with a loose pillowcase for extra protection.

I have tried so many pillows trying to find the right support. So many pillows. This pillow is TERRIFIC. This company cares enough to use quality latex pieces inside. No tiny hard end pieces found in this pillow! Right out of the box it fluffed up within minutes! Many other pillows require airing out for 24-48 hours. I was able to use this pillow on night one. And I haven't slept better! I genuinely look forward to going to bed now. Thank you, Sleep Artisan!

I went undergoing spinal surgery had a 12hour operation and have a rod in my back went from t2 to c6 lower part of my back I should had got a better pillow way back before then I would recon ment this pillow for people that have back trouble and neck trouble I wake up with no neck pain our back pain now it really help to have a best pillow

I purchased a King Size in November of 2020 from Amazon. I just stopped by to buy some more fill, so I thought I would add my 2 cents. After - no exaggeration - a LIFETIME of crappy pillows and pillows you basically 'put up with' I hit the Sandman's Jackpot when I found this pillow. If I go out of town for any reason driving - this pillow is so big it would be considered a piece of luggage on a plane - the King comes with me.

Wanted to love these pillows, but unfortunately, they weren't as comfortable as I thought they would be. Will be returning both. We tried adjusting the fill as directed, but they still felt too bouncy and stiff when laying on them. We bought both styles as we are side and back sleepers. After years of sleeping on feather pillows, foam just doesn't meet our needs.
