I have two of these, which I use every night. I’m buying a third. I use one under my wrist, to keep my elbow from extending out straight, and one under my ankle to keep my knee from extending out straight. Arthritis causes pain when my knees or elbows are fully extended, and these help tremendously. The third will go between my knees to reduce my hip pain when sleeping on my side.
Too hard.
I absolutely love my neck pillow! I have been sleeping so much better since I started using it. I did end up adding some filling to it to make it more robust.
